BLUE NEUTRAL SHELL
Designed for the patient where longitudinal arch support and biomechanical control are desired. A semi-rigid thermoplastic shell is intrinsically posted to neutral eliminating the bulk of an extrinsic heel post. Street and sport cuts are available with standard length to the metatarsal heads.
The latest technology allows engineered nylon to be blended with carbon graphite. This blend creates a lightweight shell that offers functional control with less bulk. Performance Graphite comes in three rigidities: semi-flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid. This orthotic is available in metatarsal head, toe crest, and full length with widths to fit cleats, athletic, street and dress shoes. The Performance Graphite is intrinsically posted to neutral with a black naugahyde cover on the street cut and multi EVA cover on the sport cut. Extrinsic rearfoot posting may be added upon request.
This device incorporates the qualities of our standard Shocker orthotic however it offers more flexibly and shock absorption but still keeps that needed biomechanical control and allows the foot to be a mobile adapter. A modified version of the Shocker orthotic. The Shocker Plus is designed for patients over 200lbs and uses a 2mm shell with a denser EVA as the arch fill layer, and has a lower durometer cushion material under the arch fill. This high density foam added to the arch area provides a “heftier” Shocker. You may request a 3mm shell for larger patients. Standard length is to the metatarsal heads.
A modified version of the Red/White/Blue for patients 250lbs or larger A high density foam bottom fill is added distal to the rearfoot post to add support and stability to the shell and it uses a low durometer arch fill for cushion. The shell comes standard in 4mm thickness; however you may request a 5mm shell. Standard length is to the metatarsal heads.

This orthotic is computer generated from your cast of the patient, and is designed to fit easily into shoes. The Ortho-Arch is manufactured from EVA, a durable, long lasting material proven in the shoe industry. These devices tend to be less bulky, and lighter in weight than other semi-rigid devices. The Ortho- Arch aids in shock absorption, pressure relief, and biomechanical control, while remaining flexible and allowing the foot to be a mobile adapter This orthotic can tolerate all weather conditions. The Ortho-Arch comes standard in full length, but can readily be cut to the toe crest or metatarsal heads. A very durable orthotic for an active lifestyle.

CHILDREN’S / UCBL
Designed to maintain the foot in an optimal biomechanical position during the formative years. Manufactured from a thermoplastic material, these orthotics provide comfortable control. They are cut with a deep heel cup and high medial and lateral borders and are intrinsically posted. They can be used for adult patients as well.
TURF TOE ® (SPORT)
Designed to control dorsiflexion at the metatarsophalangeal joint, to relieve pressure from the head of the first metatarsal. A spring steel forefoot extension is laminated to the Ortho-Arch II orthotic, with a built in pressure relief area, to produce a lightweight but protective orthotic. This orthoitc comes full length only, with the option of a half or full plate. Also available as a post operative orthotic to limit forefoot dorsiflexion in a street or healing shoe.
